Review Appraiser

ROI Homes Services, a real estate company based in Florida USA is looking for an experienced Review Appraiser.

Ideally responsible for:

• List or update information on property records as needed
  
• Analyze data and prepare reports in a timely manner.
• Keep abreast of current appraisal regulations, standards and best practices.
• Responsible for the review of completed appraisal reports.
• Coordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope.
  
• Final reconciliation of value considering cost, income, and market approach.
• Review real property renditions, take appropriate action and respond to client inquiries.
• Effectively communicate project progress and issues with the General Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• This is a full-time Remote career opportunity
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience related to real estate appraisal required.
• A real estate license according to state certification.
  
• Negotiation abilities and critical thinking skills.
