ATGI is seeking a Cerner Radiology Functional Analyst II to support the DHA Department of Defense Healthcare Record System Modernization (DHMSM) Program. This program provides modernization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense.

Understands the clients business practices, market position and deployment of technology into Healthcare environments. Deep content knowledge of Cerner Radiology workflows. Performs clinical and business related research to support client needs, participate in the assigned project design sessions and development and analysis of materials/processes/workflows to support the end user in MHS GENESIS. Works with team in the analysis, formulation, development and delivery of follow-on end-user training material. Supports the workflow analysis of new capabilities and optimization and potential impacts to existing applications. Supports design and configuration as well as testing. Individuals in this job family will have regular interaction with integrated project team to include representatives from government. Consultants may also be asked to travel and work on projects at MTF site level (low probability).
Knowledge/Skills and Ability
• Radiology operational/hospital experience preferably to include Interventional Radiology and Mammography areas of practice.
• Expert Cerner Radiology knowledge and preferably knowledge of other Cerner cross applications such as Laboratory
• Skills in developing operational workflows through Workflow Designer
• Skills in developing operationally relevant test scripts and supporting testing activities.
• Previous experience with large scale Enterprise design efforts
• Proficient in presenting demos in non-prod environment via TEAMS to large number of participants
• Works EST/CST hours
• Preferably has previous remote work history.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple assignments as assigned.
• Varied clinical background in hospital and/or ambulatory setting using Cerner Millenium EHR
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
