Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly organized and experienced CEO Support Specialist to join the Office of the CEO and provide top-notch support to the personal matters of our CEO. The candidate must be fully Bilingual in Spanish and English. In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to person for the CEO's personal affairs, ensuring their personal life runs seamlessly. This position requires a highly discreet and organized professional who can navigate the intricacies of the CEO's personal commitments, provide top-notch personal assistance, possess skills in interior design and project management, be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds, and exhibit flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. You must also have excellent communication abilities and a high level of professionalism to thrive in our CEO's fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Operational Support
Oversee daily household operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment.
Supervise and coordinate household staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, inspection, and performance management.
Establish and maintain relationships with high-quality vendors for property and estate projects.
Manage household inventory, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
Oversee landscaping, including design, maintenance, and improvement projects for outdoor spaces.
Address and resolve CEO's requests or concerns promptly and efficiently.
Implement and maintain household procedures, standards, and systems.
Collaborate with CEO's Executive Assistant and communicate with family, staff, and vendors, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
Personal Support
Perform daily indoor and outdoor property walkthroughs for maintenance and upkeep.
Safely drive CEO to various destinations and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Provide concierge-level service, anticipating CEO's needs and ensuring comfort.
Manage the CEO's personal calendar, scheduling or rescheduling appointments and coordinating events.
Provide logistical support ensuring CEO arrives to all engagements on time and safely.
Assist with personal projects as requested.
Perform errands as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in hospitality management or a related field.
Experience managing high-end private households or estates is preferred.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Spanish
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality, will be required to sign an NDA.
Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, priorities, and schedules as required.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with relevant software and tools, and primarily written correspondence.
Service-oriented with a hands-on, can-do attitude and a humble personality.
Valid Texas Driver's license with a clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment visa sponsorship.
Able to pass extensive reference and background checks.
