Central Desk Associate
Responsible for supporting Operations by receiving purchase orders, generating pick tickets, and performing other warehouse management functions. Also responsible for supporting Sales, Purchasing and other departments, as well as performing general customer order and inventory trouble shooting. The schedule and shift for this opening is Monday - Thursday 9am to finish Friday 9am to 1pm with additional hours as needed during peak & holiday seasons.
Essential Functions:
- Pick Ticket Generation for all departments across multiple warehouse locations.
- Run allocations
- Create pick tickets on schedule to meet the needs of off sight locations
- Inventory management by processing adjustments for allocated product reported by QA and nightly backorders.
- Email/print age pulls for Ops
- Research product left outside the office
- Customer order expediting for the operation as a whole ensuring orders are ready as entry cutoffs and substitutions as needed.
- Monitor allocations
- Run no pick reports for each cutoff
- Void orders left on manual hold
- Provide Sales support processing cancellations, researching missing products and answering general order inquiry questions.
- Package track reported missing items
- High light special request on tickets
- Order invoicing
- Secondary market billing
- Invoice GD FedEx

Requirements:
- Basic MS Word and Excel skills a plus
- Knowledge of Apprise a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess strong organization skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
