Children Making Strides is an ABA Agency looking for an energetic Center Coordinator to join our team
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for administering the day-to-day activities related the delivery of center-based ABA services through management of center schedules, performance of administrative functions, and clinical support duties.
All of the responsibilities are performed at the direction of the Assistant Program Director. Additional direction provided by the management team including the Program Director, Client Services Manager & CEO.
Center Operations
• Conduct daily opening and closing procedures.
• Provide primary coverage of the Center front desk guest services including, greeting and welcoming families, children, and visitors as they enter and exit the Center.
• Provide Center phone coverage
• Maintain operational knowledge of the daily production schedule and ensure the continuous session delivery by closely monitoring schedule timing, client and staff entry/exit and attendance
• Understand and uphold Center policies and procedures
• Receive and resolve family customer service issues (comments, complaints suggestions) and/or communicate issues to the appropriate Resource
• Identify employee performance issues as relates to the delivery of services in the Center and communicate issues to the appropriate Resource
• Oversees and conducts daily cleaning of center
• Ensuring that the facility is secured and in compliance with all health and safety protocols and procedures including filing and maintaining all appropriate reports and sending to main office
Administration
• Oversee all administrative tasks (eg: supply ordering, photocopying, center office communications, AP functions, materials production, among other administrative duties.), equipment, and center resources tasks.
• Track, order and maintain supply inventories and manage inventory reporting
• Enroll and register new clients for the Center in conjunction with Insurance and Parent Coordinators.
• Maintain up to date records, reports, releases and related material for all center clients and activities.
• Conduct marketing and outreach activities such as making flyers, phone calls, mailings, organizing center tours, registration distribution, candidate tours, staff photos, assists in social marketing as needed (i.e. Facebook and Twitter posts), among other marketing activities.
Clinical Support Duties
• Assists clinical staff with clients as needed during lunches, transitions, arrivals and departures, toileting, recess, social skill, to cover staff absence, and at the request of the Center Coordinator
• Learns and conducts ABA techniques and strategies to assist with child behaviors and programs as needed
• Plan curriculum activities and lesson plans for group programs and social skills groups.
Other duties as determined by Management.
Requirements
Knowledge of children with developmental disabilities
Prior experience with ABA
Proven administrative experience
Proven experience in supervising business operations or administrative functions (preferred, but not required)
1-2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or college degree preferred
