We are looking for an outgoing Catering Sales Manger with a passion for food and strong track record of providing great service.

• Execute and manage successful catering events
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients
• Coordinate with the culinary management team to provide the highest level of catering service
• Prepare contracts and proposals
• Ensure all food preparation is carried out in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with menu development as needed
• Produce and analyze reports
• Ability to produce and manage sales based on incoming and outgoing leads
• Identify, qualify, and solicit new business to achieve revenue goals
• Send infor, arrange tours, follow up with potential clients, booking and detailing events
• Work with clients to identify their needs and collaborate with culinary team to ensure viability
• Manage all aspects of event planning from start to finish
• Creatively embrace ideas to improve services offered and quality of events
• Ensures signed contracts and payments are received and deposited in a timely manner

What you’ll bring to the role:

• At least 5 years of Catering Sales experience at a similar operation
• Strong negotiating skills and enjoys closing sales
• Passionate about food and excellent service
• Attentive to client’s needs and exhibit a strong presence
• Natural leader who works in a fast-paced environment
• Superb communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills

Compensation:

• $60,000-$70,000 + commission
