Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for Private Dining department
- Create and distribute proposals and contracts
- Manage invoices, and track and reconcile department expenses
- Collaborate with other Private Dining department in the creation of graphic design pieces, such as menus, place cards and signages
- Oversee and manage Private Dining calendar
- Assit with customer service, phones and making reservations
Requirements:
- B.A. and 1-2 years prior experience in an administrative or events-related role
- Dynamic and fast learning; and detail-oriented; strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Creative problem-solver; can work both independently and cooperatively in a quick and efficient manner
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
- Superior organizational skills, punctual, and reliable
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation starts at of $52,000 per annum, with room to grown according to experience and performance
