- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Assist with membership and ticket sales and cash handling procedures
- Monitor guest behavior and address any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Ensure the safety of guests by following established protocols.
- Engage with children during special events or activities, creating a fun and memorable experience
- Assist with guest services, such as answering questions, providing directions, and resolving inquiries or complaints

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Comfortable working with children and creating engaging experiences for them
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
