About The Job
- Handle customer inquiries and issues over the phone and in-store
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions in a variety of computer programs and the POS system
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Schedule would include weekends and some holidays
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and in our electronic communications
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy retail location.
- Positive and professional demeanor & teamwork. The ability to deescalate irritated customers and assure them a positive outcome.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
