Cookie Good is a fast-growing cookie company specializing in fun-flavored cookies, brownies, and Cookie Corn. We are literally a "mom & pop shop" that started in our home kitchen and quickly expanded to our current retail bakery in Santa Monica.

We are looking for a FULL-TIME, FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH)/CASHIER who:

• LOVES COOKIES
• has retail experience (bakery preferred)
• has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS: is outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, helpful, patient, ready to smile (even during moments of stress/pressure – and even under a mask)
• is RELIABLE, FAST, EFFICIENT, and FOCUSED and has an eye for detail
• can use an iPad POS (or be a fast learner)
• is FLEXIBLE to assist anywhere in the shop if needed – we do it all here: scooping dough, packing cookie boxes, gift wrapping, cleaning, etc.
• is able to work long hours on their feet
• has a valid FOOD HANDLER’S PERMIT (or is willing to get one quickly)
• has a good sense of humor
• wants to GROW INTO A MANAGEMENT POSITION

We’re a close-knit group who really enjoys working together and having fun in the kitchen. We LOVE our staff and want people to grow with us long-term. WE DO PROMOTE HEAVILY FROM WITHIN (our current Manager started as a kitchen assistant three years ago; our Head Baker came to us as a dishwasher) and we really encourage everyone who works here to find what makes them happiest within our company.

The position starts at $17/hr.
