Restaurant Service Staff / Front of House Positions

Responsibilities

We are looking for Restaurant Service Staff (Front of House Team Members) that are quick on their feet, polite, and have a friendly attitude. Our Restaurant Service Staff are the face of our restaurant and will be directly responsible for handling takeout, hosting, bussing, expediting, and/or servicing assigned tables while assisting other FOH functions, depending on the position. Service staff are to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers through the key responsibilities below:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Clear and arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Organize, pack, and hand out takeout orders
• Cooperate and communicate with all service and kitchen staff
• Support other FOH staff when needed
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

• High school diploma is a plus but not required
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
