Want to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner- Production Facility?

The HR Business Partner- Production Facilitywill advise leaders in the day-to-day and strategic management of human resources, labor relations, performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee development and health & safety activities.  This role will act as an employee champion and change agent, driving the communication process for all HR and culture related activities for the Liverpool Production Facility

 

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Business Partner by providing HR leadership, guidance, general support & advice to the managers and employees on day-to-day human resource issues.
  • Partner with managers to develop human resource initiatives that effectively address business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for ways of working, policies, procedures, and programs to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Record and maintain employee information, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations/separations of employment.
  • Ensure that corporate policies meet applicable United States legislation and are adhered to.
  • Partner with Managers/Supervisors to ensure timecards and pay processes are managed properly. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the timekeeping system and ensure compliance with the law. 
  • Support the performance management process for all employees/managers partnering with the Corporate Office.
  • Manage the recruitment process to hire the best possible candidate based on the recruitment and position criteria in a timely manner up to onboarding process.  Partner with temporary agencies as needed and maintain the vendor relationships. 
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on employer branding and recruiting initiatives to support local hiring.
  • Oversee the health and safety program and ensure all procedures are being adhered to, and that adequate training is provided to all employees, managers, and safety committee members.
  • Promotes an environment of inclusion for all employees.
  • Encourages others to develop relevant working relationships with other functional groups.
  • Practices candid dialogue to resolve differences of opinion and build stronger solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Human Resources with a focus on Employee Relations.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Experience in various other functions of HR including but not limited to: Policy Management, Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation and Legal/Compliance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
  • Proven track record of pivoting between strategy and tactical execution seamlessly.
  • Ability to influence and guide internal partners and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to confidential materials/issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Travel as needed and/or required by essential job functions.

 

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000
