Schedule:
- 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm- 10pm-6am
- Rotating weekends Full time, Part time or PRN
Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist with transfers and mobility
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
Requirements:
- Experience in home care or patient care preferred
- Knowledge of working with individuals with alzheimers and dementia
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
