Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of experience in recruiting or sales

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with recruiting for current company openings, resume review, conducting interviews, and assisting with the hiring process.
- Will work closely with the whole administrative team and is responsible for attending all staff meetings
- Provide guidance and backup support to others on the recruiting team
- Maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
- Source candidates, both new and established, for placement
- Build relationships with candidates and build professional relationships with clients
- Facilitate projects and handle other recruiting and operations matters as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of upcoming projects and be aware of candidate updates and changes
- Manage database and other reporting requirements for each candidate
