```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, order entry, and proofreading documents
- Assist with patient care and cleaning duties in the office
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times
```Experience```
- Able to speak spanish is preferred
- Previous experience in a physical therapist office or medical office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work

Pay: $16.50 - $18.95 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
