Overview
Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD) is hiring a part-time, temporary Program Administrator to help us spearhead the development of a CareCorps pilot program in Northern Colorado!
CareCorps is designed to help meet current and future workforce demand in the homecare industry, to provide high quality homecare, and to encourage entrance into employment in the field of caregiving. CareCorps will shift homecare from a low paying job with little growth potential into a way for individuals to serve their community, make a living, and prepare for their own future.
The Program Administrator will work closely with the Program Coordinator to implement key benchmarks toward the development of a workable model for the CareCorps. Specific tasks may include: support in convening partners and caregivers, collection and presentation of data, development of collateral materials, and outreach.
This temporary position is hybrid/remote and is expected to last approximately six months. The typical schedule will be 15 to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities
Specifically, this position:
- Schedules in-person and virtual meetings of partners and stakeholders.
- Prepares for collaborative meetings with materials/supplies as needed.
- Uses shared tools to help keep track of progress and project needs.
- Helps to convene meetings by welcoming participants, taking notes, recording minutes, etc.
- Researches and reviews grant opportunities for future funding.
- Performs interviews with employers, partners, employees and others as needed to gather information and fine tune service model.
- Researches and shares information on potential training content for Corps members.
- Generates content and language for reports and/or program collateral materials such as applications, fliers, social media postings, etc.
- Provides proofreading support.
- Assists in grant reporting as needed.

We are looking for a candidate that will:
- Be proficient with MS suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and with Google applications, including Sheets, Docs and Meetings.
- Demonstrate familiarity with various virtual meeting tools, including Zoom, Google Meets and/or MS Teams.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Organize information and materials and present clearly and concisely in verbal and/or written form.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other County employees, representatives of other agencies and organizations, and members of the community.
- Perform duties independently without close supervision.
- Use excellent organizational skills and create daily work schedules by prioritizing tasks.
- Be curious and open to learning.
- Follow through with tasks that require follow up/multiple touches.
- Operate standard office equipment including laptops, copiers, headsets, etc.
- Perform accounting calculations including interest, percentage, decimals, and fractions.
- Provide professional customer service to clients and public.
Qualifications
All candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar office administrative duties and responsibilities required.
