Overview:
Alliance Emissions Monitoring (AEM) is our Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) division. Alliance Technical Group hires Database Administrators to handle administration and data entry for the LDAR division.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform the daily upload and download for Monitoring Technicians
- Answers telephone system and directs calls accordingly
- Enter all manual data from the current day's work into the LDAR database
- Operate office machines as required
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Print open repairs report and OEL report on the morning of each workday
- Enter daily calibrations, including Mid-Day/End of Day calibration drift assessments, as required
- Enter repair reports for shutdown, turnaround, DOR information, return to service after repair, unit shutdown dates, and post-repair monitoring
- Conduct backup of LDAR database based on site-specific requirements
- Create routes for next day monitoring
- Run weekly QA/QC Reports
- Complete EOM Closeout packet and all associated reports by the end of the last working day each month
- Ensure work attendance the week of EOM closeout, unless closeout duties are completed and prior written approval is given
- Run billing report as required based-on site-specific requirements
- Build task calendar and schedule for new month and update this task calendar daily
- Enter daily and quarterly precision records
- Generate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and custom client reports
- Provide LDAR database support during an Agency Audit, as directed
- Provide LDAR database support for client and Site Supervisor, as directed
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, Alliance Technical Group provides a range of compensation for job postings within locations that have these requirements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The pay range for this entry-level role is $18-$20 per hour, possibly more depending on location and experience level.
