Job description

Busy Cardiology Medical Office located in Reseda, CA looking for a dynamic full-time medical Front/Back Office assistant. Candidates with a medical assistant background or experience are preferred. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Medical Front/Back Office assistants will provide invaluable aid to the Medical doctor and staff in the overall patient experience. EKG experience is a plus

• Greet patients and gather contact information and insurance data
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient questions, and take messages
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments
• Prepare rooms and ensure supplies are ready, ordering more when necessary
• Take and record patient vitals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
