```Duties```
- Assist healthcare providers in the Back Office with patient care and administrative tasks
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Take and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Collect patient medical history and update electronic health records
- Assist with minor procedures and treatments, including wound care and suture removal
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals to specialists
- Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries from patients
```Experience```
-Minimum of 1 year experience as a Back Office Medical Assistant or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems
- Proficiency in performing basic clinical procedures, such as taking vital signs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording patient information
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members
