SalaryLooking for a Medical Assistant/Scribe to work for a cosmetic & medical dermatology and internal medicine office. We are located in Irvine near the Irvine Spectrum and conveniently near the I-405, I-5, and H-133 freeways. This position is a PART-TIME position for Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am-5pm. Our office practices CDC COVID-19 safety guidelines and our whole staff is vaccinated.

- No certificate is needed, some experience in healthcare is **highly preferred**
- The position is PART-TIME for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- We highly encourage applying if you are a student who recently graduated from a university and are applying to PA, Nurse, or MD/DO programs
Duties of Back OfficeMedical Assistant/Scribe:
- Answer telephone with a friendly tone and appropriate greeting, take messages, and follow up with appropriate action
- Greeting patients with friendly demeanor
- Conducting vital signs
- Setting up patient/procedure rooms
- Assisting physician with procedures
- Documenting physician-patient encounters on EMR
Mandatory Qualifications
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Typing >60 WPM
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, team player, trainable, and punctual
