SalaryAs an Office Service Person, you’ll be in charge of supporting copy/print duties, take incoming mail to the right office/department, scheduling conference rooms/guest office space, answering phones, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of related experience (office, mailroom,etc.).
- Proficient with Ms. Office Programs (Word, Excell and Outlook).
Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).
Target pay: $31 / hr.

Schedule:
- Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Duties:
- Scanning and /or imaging documents.
- Conduct weekly /monthly facility tours and inspections to identify potential issues.
- Distribute office supplies and mail.
- Shipping and receiving documents and supplies.
- Making copies as needed.
- Organize documents in folders and filling.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $31.00 per hour
