- Manage our Campus Safety Team
- Oversee the safety of our customers, staff, buildings, assets and material information
- Create the schedule and manage staff hours for the Campus safety team
- Provide campus patrol supervision at all times
- Recruit, train, motivate and monitor performance of the Campus Safety team
- Enforce campus codes of conduct and rules
- Play an active part of the Campus Management Team
- Maintaining a safe environment - Ensure the safety of students and staff.
- Enforce campus policies and procedures, which include conducting investigations and completing and filing necessary reports and documentation.
- Warmly welcoming EF’s customers and visitors to the campus. Maintain logs of ins and outs of customers, visitors, contractors, and employees from a building, create Incident Reports as needed.
- Update and maintain all emergency documentation for the campus.
- Carry out regular checks of all security alarms and devices.
- Oversee security and fire drills, be fully conversant with all departmental Fire and emergency procedures.
- Ensure all security systems, like the security video system are working properly, and utilize the same in documenting safety and security-related incidents.
- Provide support and work with Resident Advisor staff when dealing with student incidents.
- Report all hazards immediately.
- Assists in health and safety on campus.
- Immediately alerts emergency services and EF management in the case of illness, danger or emergency.
- Carry out regular patrols of the internal and external facilities throughout the day and night.
- Provide great customer service and showcase critical thinking skills.
- Possess the ability to think quickly, use good judgment, be level-headed and reasonable, and act responsibly in emergency and tense situations.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Interact with local law enforcement in matters relating to accidents, thefts, and property loss.
- 10 years security management experience or Law enforcement experience preferred.
- California licensed Security Officer with Certification is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong people manager with proven team management abilities.

Salary: $57,000 - $67, 000 annually.
