## **About the Team:**Uber Advertising's vision is to offer the most marketplace-centric advertising to connect Uber's platform users (eaters, riders, and earners) with advertisers. Uber Advertising's platform brings together location based and shopping data with closed loop attribution across its mobility and delivery channels for performance and brand campaigns, enabling advertisers to engage with our consumers through the entire marketing funnel - from awareness through purchase to loyalty and advocacy for Uber users.## **About the Role:**In this role as AdOps Campaign Success and Performance Manager, you will work across our Uber Advertising business to guarantee campaign performance and advertiser success. You and your team will achieve this, by controlling all performance indicators of a campaign, suggesting optimizations and activating the best audiences for each ad surface, whether its in-app ads, cartop ads or other.

You will lead in-flight campaign analysis and propose optimizations that are aligned with Advertiser critical metrics/goals. These analyses should be based on Uber Advertising audience capabilities and demonstrate our first party customer data across the Mobility and Delivery businesses. You will partner closely with our Audience Strategy, Sales and Ad Operations team to guarantee the success of our advertisers.

In addition, you will support the evolution of our audience strategy by proposing A/B tests or providing partner teams with takeaways that can improve our targeting capabilities and consequently, advertiser success.## **What You'll Do:**- Lead and develop the AdOps Campaign Success and Performance team delivering detailed direct and programmatic ad execution across media properties. Includes day-to-day team management, as well as goaling, mentoring and encouraging career development- Accountable for audience activation across platforms (Customer Data Platforms, Internal Ad Platforms, Media Networks etc.) including owing the final execution strategy to bring the sold tactic to life whether via internal ad servers or external ad servers like Google Ad Manager (GAM)- Partner with Account Managers, Audience Strategy, New Surfaces, Product and Engineering to ensure smooth audience campaign launches and to optimize audience campaigns mid-flight. Compile insights post campaign to drive campaign renewals.- Conduct audience management for owned and operated media, cross-channel customer engagement, testing and measurement- Accountable for optimization and management of customer attributes and dimensions in Uber's internal Data Management Platform as well as Google Ad Manager and any applicable 3rd party data platforms, and working in partnership with analytics and media teams for reporting on audience performance- Review all customer traits and audience solutions available in given platforms and help define audience strategies for top audience segments based on various transactional and behavioral data as well as any available 2nd or 3rd party data (when applicable).- Responsible for understanding all targeting policies and restrictions outlined by Audience Strategy and Uber Legal teams and factoring into the audience implementation.- Accountable for all Google Ad Manager (GAM) audience capabilities to identify how campaigns are being delivered for what audiences and how campaigns and audiences can be tweaked for them to perform better- Conduct analyses using different data sources to develop audience-based testing- Help facilitate new technology integrations within and outside of the platform with digital vendors and internal data warehouses to improve audience capabilities- Work with Product & Engineering to identify changes to internal Ad systems / tools that reduce the occurrence & impact of bottlenecks affecting delivery scalability, and improve the efficiency & quality of ad campaigns.- Provide high-level POVs on industry trends and impact to Uber Advertising campaigns- Participate in cross-functional team decisions and projects to enhance overarching process, workflow, and growth of Uber Advertising## Basic Qualifications:- Business administration degree or equivalent experience- 4+ years' in Ad Operations, AdTech/digital advertising, Programmatic Strategy, consulting or operations- Expert level proficiency in SQL- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, or other CRM## Preferred Qualifications:- 5+ years of audience advertising and/or programmatic experience- Familiarity with Mar Tech/Ad tech platforms and hands on experience in one of the DMP tools such as Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce Audience Studio- Deep understanding of publisher monetization technologies for display, video, and audio - including GAM, header bidding, programmatic operations, affiliate marketing, and Digital Media- Experience working with Data Management Platforms (DMPs/CDPs), Analytics tools (ex.

Google Analytics, ComScore, etc), Data Clean Rooms (Habu, Snowflake, etc) and Audience Marketplaces (Oracle, Experian, LiveRamp, etc.)- Have a core operational understanding of critical campaign components such as brand safety guidelines, ad viewability, and filtering for suspicious and/or fraudulent media activity- Analytical, data-driven attitude with proven experience in data modeling- Customer focused (users and merchants) and be passionate about building phenomenal experiences for Uber users all over the worldFor Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $107,000 per year - $119,000 per year.For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $119,000 per year - $132,500 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $119,000 per year - $132,500 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
