About the Role:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the go-to person for all things paid marketing. You'll be responsible for driving our online marketing efforts, particularly in the realms of acquiring customers encompassing but not limited to channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Advertising and Review Listings. Your primary aim will be to strategize, ideate and execute paid advertising campaigns to capture existing demand and create more demand for our revenue management platform. Your north star metric at any given point in time will be ROAS. You'll be working closely with a Performance Marketing Specialist who'll be the resource to extend your execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management
  1. Understand and expand our current setup of capturing demand via Search, Display, Social and Listings.
  2. Identify gaps in the current implementation (for ex- by discovering unused keywords, or untapped geography, or an unutilized collateral)
  3. Scale our Google Search Ads setup to facilitate customer acquisition globally..
  4. Continuous performance analysis to discover avenues to maximize ROI.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide budgeting recommendations.
  6. Collaborate with the Organic & SEO team to ensure a cohesive search marketing strategy.
Social Media Advertising
  1. Develop and manage a cohesive social media advertising strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok that drives awareness and lead generation.
  2. Design experiments, analyze their performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  3. Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce engaging ad creatives.
Asset Design Coordination
  1. Coordinate with Performance Marketing Specialist, graphic designers and other creative professionals to ensure timely delivery of high-quality advertising assets.
  2. Provide creative direction based on marketing goals and brand guidelines.
  3. Manage the workflow and timelines of creative projects to meet advertising schedule demands.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  1. Prepare and present regular reports detailing the performance of paid advertising campaigns.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  3. Liaise with the leadership team, and share performance reports periodically. Explain the rationale for spending, new experiments, and current ROAS.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
  1. Collaborate with other marketing team members, as well as success, sales and product teams, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing strategies.
  2. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of advertising campaigns.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree (Open to all streams - Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Science etc.)
  • 7-10 years of experience in paid digital advertising, particularly with Google Ads, Meta, and other social media platforms.
  • Experience deploying $500k-$5 Mn ads budget expected.
  • Experience working at a digital marketing agency or a SaaS org is a must-have.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and digital advertising KPIs.
  • Proficient in using advertising and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Data Studio, Google Sheets etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
