What We Offer:

• Paid training
• Hourly rate plus the opportunity to earn extra in performance-based bonuses
• $500 (Full-time), Retention Bonus paid after 90 days of satisfactory performance
• Starting rate is dependent on previous experience (bilingual a plus but not a must)

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
• Must have access to Ethernet hard-wired service; Can not be WI-FI
• Outgoing, positive attitude
• Computer navigation skills
• The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment while handling calls. in a friendly, courteous manner
