Position Summary
As a Call Center Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate sales and revenue by engaging with potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for promoting products or services, identifying customer needs, and persuasively conveying the value proposition to drive sales conversions. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Proactively engage with prospective customers via outbound calls to promote and sell products or services. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to highlight the features, benefits, and value proposition of the offerings. Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and special offers to drive sales conversions.
Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments by actively listening to customer inquiries and identifying their requirements, preferences, and pain points. Tailor sales pitches and solutions to address their specific needs and demonstrate how the product or service can meet those needs effectively.
Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the sales process, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or objections raised by customers.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Stay up to date with product features, specifications, pricing, and any updates or changes. Articulate product details clearly and accurately to potential customers, highlighting key selling points.
Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques, such as active listening, objection handling, and closing strategies, to guide customers through the sales process. Adapt your approach based on customer preferences and individual buying behavior to maximize sales opportunities.
Sales Metrics and Reporting: Achieve or exceed sales targets, which may be defined by revenue, conversion rates, or other performance metrics. Track and report sales activities, leads, and outcomes using CRM or sales tracking systems. Provide regular updates to supervisors or management regarding sales performance and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members, sales managers, and other departments to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights. Work together to improve sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and contribute to overall team success.
Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines, including data protection and privacy regulations. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information in the CRM system or other designated platforms.
Requirement
YOU MUST LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES
High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree)
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a Call Center or telesales environment
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers
Persuasive and confident sales approach with strong negotiation skills
Active listening and consultative selling abilities
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking systems
Good computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
