We are looking for a motivated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for confirming home improvement leads generated by our sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and communicating with homeowners to schedule appointments with our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from homeowners who have expressed interest in our home improvement services.
- Making outbound calls to homeowners to confirm the appointment schedule and ensure that they are ready for our sales team's visit.
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that homeowners have a positive experience with our company.
- Working collaboratively with our sales and marketing team to ensure that all leads are followed up on promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
