Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and contribute to a positive team environment.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to taking calls.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
