- Pay range is $14.00-$15.00 per hour plus commission; shift differentials paid for evening schedules
- Handle inbound calls and online chat from new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Identify selling opportunities making the most of every customer interaction
- Communicates new website features to customers (JR Plus, Cigar of the Month Club, Shop JR app. Loyalty program, Bonus Buys available, etc.)
- Use upselling techniques to promote and sell products and services (Examples – Bonus Buy, Subscription, and JR Plus)
- Understand the details of our product offerings to address customer inquiries and maximize selling opportunities accurately.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions with their Team Leads.
- Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training
- Communicate through Microsoft Teams, Email, and Chatter Programs
- Handle escalated calls when necessary, with the ability to defuse a situation and retain our customers
- Notify team leads of any system related issues being communicated by customers
- Assist in our email queue when scheduled, always keeping a sales mentality
- Regularly meet or exceed sales goals as set by leadership.
