Call Center Representative

Al Packer Ford Lincoln has an opening for a Call Center Representativeto join our team! This administrative position makes all outbound calls to schedule Service and Mobile experiences. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

· Making outbound calls to schedule service appointments.

· Providing a positive and informative client experience.

• Ask the client qualifying questions to uncover needs.
• Ensures that service consultants receive messages promptly.
• Proactively follow-up on outstanding tasks.
• Screen and route written, electronic mail and telephone calls, both internal & external.
• Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner.
• Passionate about outstanding client service.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Call Center, Customer Service, or other customer facing experience in the automotive industry.
• Automotive service experience a HUGE plus
• Experience working with CDK another HUGE plus
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and disposition

Job Type: Full-time, Salary: $16 - $20 per hour

Pay: $2,773.34 - $5,120.84 per month
