Al Packer Ford Lincoln has an opening for a Call Center Representativeto join our team! This administrative position makes all outbound calls to schedule Service and Mobile experiences. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
· Making outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
· Providing a positive and informative client experience.
- Ask the client qualifying questions to uncover needs.
- Ensures that service consultants receive messages promptly.
- Proactively follow-up on outstanding tasks.
- Screen and route written, electronic mail and telephone calls, both internal & external.
- Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner.
- Passionate about outstanding client service.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Call Center, Customer Service, or other customer facing experience in the automotive industry.
- Automotive service experience a HUGE plus
- Experience working with CDK another HUGE plus
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and disposition
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: $16 - $20 per hour
