We are looking for 4 BilingualCall Center agents for a medical clinic located in Lakeland FL. NO WEEKENDS! Primary duties are to serve patients by determining needs, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively scheduling appointments; and solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- Answers assigned department/queue overflow calls
- Confirms patient information
- Makes/cancels/reschedules appointments
- Monitors requests daily
- Maintains an organized and clean work area
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- EMR (Electronic Medical Records) experience preferred
- Strong team player
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Bilingual (preferred)
- A year of medical office experience preferred

Pay: $15.22 - $16.67 per hour
