The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery (ACPS) is Houston’s premier plastic surgery practice. We are looking for a fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate to be part of our Call Center / Patient Education team. This team is the beginning of patients’ experience with the practice so a good phone presence and swiftness is a must. Ideal candidates will have good multiline phone skills, enjoy talking to patients and take pride in customer service. Previous experience from the perfect candidate include: at least 2 years experience in a Call Center environment or in a medical office receptionist position and experience in a customer service position. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. Plastic surgery experience is also highly desirable but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify patients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to book consultations for our surgeons and medspa
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Follow through with policies related to appropriate electronic lead management, lead management systems, and electronic medical records system
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment, customer support role, or medical receptionists role is required
- Track record of over-achieving quota or goals
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with lead manage systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Schedule/Shift
- Shift will be 10:30am to 7pm CST with a 30 minute lunch. Location is in-office: 12727 Kimberley Lane, Suite 300, Houston, TX 77024.
