Call Center Representative- Dental

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated and positive attitude
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to use positive language.
• Attentive to detail
• Computer literate
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Schedule appointments by phone and update/enter patient demographics.
• Ensure patient's data is added correctly.
• Cancel and reschedule booked appointments.
• Place outbound calls as needed.
• Resolve issues on eMessenger, failed call report.
• Process all patient transfer requests
• Provide general information to patients regarding services, insurances accepted and sliding fee qualification
• Screen dental calls and schedule at the appropriate site
• Other duties as assigned.
