Job Description:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support with their inquiries, orders, and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with order placement.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.

- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
