Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication scripts to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding appropriate solutions
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages fluently, including English and at least one other language (bilingual)
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
