Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company based in North Phoenix. This organization is looking for a full time Call Center Representative to join their team. This position will be Monday-Friday and will have a start time of anywhere between 6am-9am. This role will require a fully month of in office and training, and then will move to a heavily hybrid schedule after training is completed. Starting a pay for this role is $17/hr, $18/hr is you are Bilingual Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers for upselling opportunities and promotions.
- Educate customers about products/services and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call quality, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or Call Center role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in technical support and/or upselling is a plus.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
