A locally owned, expanding foundation repair company is seeking an experienced person in Customer Service.
The successful candidate will be someone highly organized, detail oriented and familiar with a CRM system.
The position will consist of varied duties to include.
- answering phones
- data input
- problem solving
In addition, he/she will be responsible for taking inbound calls, setting estimate appointments, and getting feedback from customers.
The right person will be knowledgeable about technology and be comfortable working with a CRM system, iPad and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys having a diverse set of responsibilities, thrives in unclear and unique situations, and is willing to pitch in whenever and wherever necessary.
