- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Handle individual claims settlements
- Resolve cases efficiently
- Database management
Skills:
- Experience in Call Center setting preferred
- General understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
For this position, you will be in a small office setting answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.You will be working to resolve debt claims for a consulting firm.
