Responsibilities:
What does a Customer Service Call Center Representative do on this team?
As a vital part of our team, you'll be responsible for:
Inbound Phone Support:
Respond promptly to inbound phone calls from customers.
Address customer inquiries, including order placements and product-related questions.
Order Entry and Release:
Input alphabetic and numeric information accurately into a web-based computer system.
Execute the order entry and release process following established procedures.
Product and Service Information:
Provide customers with detailed information about products and services.
Offer recommendations based on customer needs.
Issue Identification and Escalation:
Identify and escalate priority issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with relevant departments for issue resolution.
Order Documentation:
Document all order information meticulously according to standard operating procedures.
Maintain accurate records for reference and auditing purposes.
Outbound Calls:
Occasionally make outbound calls for orders requiring additional customer information.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of order details.
Adaptation to Additional Duties:
Adapt to additional responsibilities, such as entering emailed orders, as the job evolves.

Customer Service Experience:
Experience in a contact center or customer service environment is preferred.
Understanding of how to expedite orders quickly and accurately for customers.
