A Call Center Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to questions, concerns and complaints. Our Call Center Representatives are also responsible for assisting customers in resolving technical issues and coordinating with other internal departments to resolve customer issues. We are interested in hiring enthusiastic individuals with a commitment to providing excellent Customer Service and an ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with product information and support.
- Answer customer questions.
- Handle Customer Service calls.
- Transfer calls to other employees when necessary.
- Provide Customer Service for a specific brand or product line.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
