Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid after completing 60 days of onsite training)
Duration: 03-06+ Months (Contract to hire)

Onsite Flexibility: 100% onsite for training and hybrid after completing onsite training
Interview: Onsite/ Video
Pay rate: 19-20.00/Hr on w2 without benefits, weekly pay.
Notes: No planned leave for the first 60 Days.
Training Timing: 08-05 PM PST
Actual Shift Timing: 7 AM-7 PM (Any 8 Hrs in between)
Weekend work: Saturday Rotation will be required every 4-5 weeks.
Job Duties:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing, averaging 100-120 calls daily with a 20-30% right party contact rate.
- Upon right-party contact, assess customer interest in speaking to a Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC) for new mortgage inquiries and facilitate warm transfers.
Position Details:
- Entry-level role with potential for full-time employment with the client.
- Opportunity for career advancement into sales as an HMC or other client departments.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or Call Center experience is essential.
- Familiarity with auto-dialer systems and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma required.
- Strong work tenure with positions held for over 1 year.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle high call volumes, either making or receiving 100 -120 calls daily.
