We are looking for a Call Center Representative in our Sales and Department at Currie Motors Buick GMC. This is a full-time position 40 hour a week position with full benefits including:

Currie Motors Buick GMC is a part of the Currie Motors Auto Group, which is a family owned and operated group of car dealerships which has been in business for over 35 years in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
When you begin your day in the Business Development Center (BDC), you will have many warm leads to contact. These are customers who are due for service on their vehicle which they purchased from us. You will be setting appointments for these customers to visit our Service Department for maintenance or repairs on their vehicle. Mechanical knowledge is not necessary as we will teach you what is necessary, but it is a plus. We will give you all the tools necessary to succeed. This includes phone training when you are hired and product knowledge so that you can have meaningful conversation with our customers about the services they are scheduling on their vehicle. You will learn how to quickly and effectively ask for an appointment and we will be put in the best position to succeed in your new role.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
- Maintain a professional attitude.
- Ability and desire to make customers happy.
- Feel comfortable building new relationships, understanding customer needs quickly and asking for the appointment.
- Comfortable using the internet, social media and computers.
- Excellent phone and grammar skills.
WORK SCHEDULE
You will work 5 days per week. Saturday's are required and we are CLOSED on Sundays. You will have one other weekday per week off, in addition to every Sunday. This is a in-person job only with no option for remote.
