**Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Make 100+ outbound phone calls per day
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Enter customer data and update account information in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and effective customer service.
- Handle escalated calls or difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen, analyze, and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
