SalaryResponsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns
- Schedule appointments and update patient information in the system
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for medical services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and {Multilingual} (additional languages preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and {Medical office} procedures
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in a customer service or Call Center role is preferred
