Call Center Agent - Remote/Office

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, representing our company and its values. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Process customer orders, forms, and applications
• Manage and update customer records and databases
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
