Temporary Position -3 /4months
30 hours per week
1st 3 weeks 2 days onsite in office ten remote or hybrid
Hours: 9:30am - 3:30pm
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital communication strategies to promote the company's services and initiatives.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Build relationships with potential customers and follow up on leads generated from outbound email campaigns
- Ability to effectively nurture lead sources
- Initiate conversations with new /potential customers, make appointments with sales team and prepare presentations.
- Develop knowledge and enthusiasm for product / Call Center solutions
- Demonstrate perseverance, tenacity, and grit in pursuing sales
- Maintain a professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance at all times
Experience/Education Requirements
- High energy self-motivated, professional sales personality required
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Outside sales experience is required; experience in Call Center or answering service industry sales preferred
- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, as well as the ability to learn new applications; previous knowledge of a client relationship management tool for tracking leads preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or relevant field of study preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
- Proficiency with applicable technology
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
