Shift: Sunday - Thursday (must be able to be scheduled up to 8 hours between 7am -6pm)

24X7 Call Center that provides services to hospitals and medical practices within the Massachusetts area. We currently have openings on our second shift (3pm-11pm, includes weekends see below for details). This position is deemed essential, good attendance and commitment to your shift is required. This role is onsite in Boston, MA.

Job responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls, screen and route calls to correct destination.
- Update various databases and directories.
- Take and dispatch messages.
- Process urgent calls.
Requirements:
-High School diploma or GED
-Typing 35wpm
-Previous Call Center Experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written skills
First Shift - Between 6:30am-6pm - Requires working every Sunday. You will have Saturday and another day off during the week
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
