Key Responsibilities of the Call Center Manager role:
- Initializing the processes that lead to long-term team growth.
- Creating effective scripts, SOPs, and KPIs within the guidance and boundaries of company initiatives.
- Calling provided leads and scheduling in-person and virtual consultations for our sales team from a home office.
- Generating leads utilizing marketing strategies, including cold calling, networking, social media, industry research, and various databases to generate, obtain, and qualify leads.
- Diligent documentation and tracking of client communications, leads, and referrals utilizing ERPs, CRMs, and Google Suite.
- Team collaboration and participation in daily team meetings and training sessions, enhancing product knowledge, marketing skills, and overall performance.

- Should be familiar with and able to learn various ERPs, CRMs, SAAS, and Google Suite.
- Should have exceptional organizational abilities to keep track of a growing number of leads and maintain accurate records.
Compensation for the Call Center Manager:
- This is a 1099 COMMISSION ONLY role with an aggressive compensation plan of up to $2500 per sale!

Requirements of the Call Center Manager role:
- 2-3 years of Call Center management, business development, and lead generation experience.
- Must provide home office equipment including computer, phone, and internet.
- Willing to travel within MA, RI, CT, and NY for team-building events (less than 10%)
