Grapevine Pro, a recognized leader in the home services industry, is seeking a superstar Call Center Manager & Trainer to join our growing team. As one of the nation's fastest-growing residential home improvement companies, we're on a mission to transform the industry by putting our people first.

In this dual role, you'll wear two hats – leading and inspiring your Call Center team while crafting engaging training programs that empower them to succeed.

Responsibilities (Manager):

  • Oversee day-to-day Call Center operations, ensuring efficient workflow and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a top-notch Call Center team
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

Responsibilities (Trainer):

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Call Center representatives
  • Coach on effective communication, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Implement ongoing coaching and mentorship programs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Call Center management role
  • Proven track record of exceeding Call Center performance goals
  • Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Passion for the home improvement industry (a plus!)
