We’re looking for a skilled Call Center representative to join our team, managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and adapt them when issues arise during a call. This person will handle a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, instructions, and assistance. As the voice of our company, the Call Center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping consumers and driving their satisfaction in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
Location: This position is hybrid with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
Hours: Mon-Fri - 8-hour dayshift
Customer Service
- Answering inbound calls and returning voicemails to assist the patient’s family, facilities and providers with any inquiries, concerns or request with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow through on all issues and concerns promptly and accurately until resolved, escalating challenging situation to the appropriate party when necessary.
- Engage with providers, facilities, and other agencies to facilitate effective communication while providing patient care.
- Communicate with our partners through a HIPAA compliant messaging services to ensure needs are met.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Admins duties
- Aid with medication refills.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Assist callers with completing paperwork.
- Assisting with administrative projects as assigned.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Call Center Specialists are expected to be knowledgeable and adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook including HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Call Center Specialists should adhere to the Eventus WholeHealth dress code policy.
Qualifications/Education:
High School Diploma or equivalency
At least one to two years of prior Call Center/receptionist experience
Prior healthcare and medical terminology experience preferred.
Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Professional telephone etiquette and communication skills
Highly organized and detailed approach to work in deadline driven environment.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Typing speed of 45wpm or greater
